Structure of the days:

Morning:

first session: general congregation: presentations

second session: ​listening groups (30 participants each, coordinated by an expert)

The aim of the discussion groups is to identify 2/3 shared aspects for the revision of the Ratio and the Directory. Each group will prepare a brief summary of the points agreed upon, which the Commission of experts will rework during the break and present again, in the form of questions, to the special assemblies.

Afternoon:

third session: Special Assemblies: the Assembly is divided into three groups according to role: delegates, representatives, formators.

The aim of the Special Assemblies is to identify the points on which consensus has been reached and those that remain matters for discussion and require further study.

fourth session: General Congregation: presentation and listening to the summaries
